Answer: Exercise works wonders for depression. Nutrition is another thing to look at. Psychiatrists are more likely to prescribe medications, and you might want to learn a little more before going to meds. The military won't even take people who are on anti-depressants for at least a year of getting off them. 90% of school shootings are linked to psych meds.
