Dr Ekberg's Garlic Lemon Wings
Dairy Free, Gluten Free, Nut Free, Sugar Free, MSG Free, Chemical Free
Ingredients:
- 30g Garlic (6-8 medium cloves)
- 20g (1-2 inches) Ginger
- 4 Tbs lemon juice
- 1 Tbs Extra Virgin Olive Oil (EVOO)
- Salt and pepper
- 30 Chicken Wings
Instructions:
- 400 degrees oven
- Place chicken wings in a very large (16×10) or two small (9×9) Pyrex dishes
- Mix garlic, lemon juice, ginger, and EVOO in a small bowl
- Pour sauce mix over chicken wings
- Use hands or sauce brush to coat the chicken wings on all sides with sauce
- Flip when one side is golden brown (about 20 mins)
- Flip a second time (about 20 mins)
- Cook for 60 mins total or until the liquid is evaporated and the wings are crispy
